This historic building, once an office, has been thoughtfully transformed into 4 elegant appartments with a modern soul. In collaboration with Still Architects, we created 3D visualizations to bring the design to life.Lost elements such as ornaments, mouldings and timber window frames were carefully restored. not as nostalgic decoration, but as the atmospheric foundation for contemporary living. Raising the ceilings and embracing large window openings brought in natural light and a sense of spaciousness. Warm wooden floors, subtle lines and muted colours form a harmonious base. Each apartment is balanced in form and function. offering a quiet luxury and the freedom to make it truly personal.
