This historic building, once an office, has been thoughtfully transformed into 4 elegant appartments with a modern soul. In collaboration with Still Architects, we created 3D visualizations to bring the design to life.Lost elements such as ornaments, mouldings and timber window frames were carefully restored — not as nostalgic decoration, but as the atmospheric foundation for contemporary living. Raising the ceilings and embracing large window openings brought in natural light and a sense of spaciousness. Warm wooden floors, subtle lines and muted colours form a harmonious base. Each apartment is balanced in form and function — offering a quiet luxury and the freedom to make it truly personal.
